Frequently Asked Questions

  • Who do you work with?
We collaborate with organisations of all sizes — from grassroots projects and colleges to major festivals and cultural programmes. Whether you’re just starting to think about access or looking to deepen your existing practice, we’ll meet you where you are.
  • Where are you based?
Access Together is based in East London, but we work with clients all over the UK. We’re happy to work remotely online or travel for in-person projects, training and events.
  •  Do you offer bespoke packages?
Yes — every project is tailored to the people and context involved. Whether you’re looking for a one-off training session, ongoing consultancy, or a mix of access reviews and creative workshops, we’ll design a package that fits your goals, timeline and budget.
  • Do you offer charity or community discounts?
Yes - We offer reduced rates for charities, grassroots projects and community-led organisations where budgets are limited. Accessibility should be achievable at every scale, so we’ll always do our best to make the work fit your resources.
  • How much do your services cost?
Rates vary depending on the type of work, group size and preparation involved.

We’re transparent about pricing and can offer scalable options for charities, grassroots groups and independent artists.
